Robert Plummer, a Structural Engineering masters student at Stanford University and graduate of Rice University, is a principal composer of OSIFC and is also responsible for guiding OSIFC's theme development and graphic designs.

Robert has consistently been a strong composer throughout OSIFC's history, unlike the other members who have struggled or let go of composing at various times. He was the only one with any previous composition history, and thus, in the early days, he was the only member who could tell a major chord progression apart from the sqwaking of the parrot next door. He was also the only member proficient at remixing marching band music and thus took the reins for the development of the Taylor Band albums. His skills often made him the choice target for Andrew's slave driving, and therefore he was most commonly the man found behind the computer screen during osifcing sessions.
